Yes. Foundation Zone level F2 explains Academic vs General Training in detail. The Writing Zone covers Task 1 Academic (graphs, charts, diagrams) and Task 1 General Training (formal/informal letters), plus Task 2 (which is the same for both).
Does IELTS Prep include Writing practice?

What is the IELTS 9-band scale?
The IELTS 9-band scale measures English proficiency from Band 1 (non-user) to Band 9 (expert). Typical requirements: Band 5.5–6.0 for undergraduate admission, Band 6.5–7.0 for postgraduate programs, Band 7.5+ for medical/legal professions. The Foundation Zone (level F2) covers the full band scale.
